🌸3. Can you lend me your Japanese address for warehouse services?For security reasons, I cannot distribute my address. Instead, I will be the one to secure orders and will then forward your package to your country once it arrived here at my address.

4. How long can I stock my ordered items at your address before I apply for shipping?For small and light items like photocards, I can allow up to one month. For multiple and bulky items like albums, up to 2 weeks only.

[ Photocard "Pahanap" Service ]This service aims to help you in finding and buying your desired photocards.1. Where will the photocards be bought?
We will be securing the photocards through Mercari website, which is a popular buy and sell platform here in Japan.2. How much is the rate for this service?
We will charge Php 50/Â¥100/1 USD for each item secured.3. Can I search in Mercari myself and then send you the link for the items I want to buy?

[ Process ]1. Place an order through this website. Make sure to fill in all the details of the photocard correctly and upload a clear reference photo.
2. We will be starting the order processing as soon as possible. Updates regarding found photocards and their prices will be sent via email.
3. Buyer must reply whether they approve the photocard's price.
Since items will not be secured until the buyer sends the payment, there may be a case where the found photocard is sold out already to other people from the site.
4. Once the buyer agrees to the price, "Order Processing" email will be sent with the updated price of the order. The buyer should proceed with the payment.[ Cancellation ]If during the finding process, the buyer found the photocard from other seller/source, order cancellation is allowed but only after one week from placing the order. Please send an email regarding cancellation request.

[ SHIPPING ]We are based in Japan and our mode of shipping is only Japan Post Office's EMS service.There are two modes of shipping:1. Door-to-Door Shipping:For all countries (including Philippines)This is shipping from Japan straight to your delivery address. You have to shoulder the international shipping fee since it will be delivered to your local address. Customs fee may be required depending on your local post office. ETA: 3-5 business days.

"Pasabuy" BoxFor Philippines onlyThis is shipping from Japan to our Philippine address, and then to individual buyer's delivery address through local couriers (LBC/JRS). More than one buyer can share a box and pool their items to ship together to Philippines. International shipping fee will be shared among the buyers. Local shipping fee should also be shouldered by each buyer. The shipping of "Pasabuy" Box is once a month (last Friday of the Month).
